Week long headache??

I have ahead the same headache for about a little over a week. It has not gotten any better but i do not know if it is getting worse. I know that is not a migraine. I have tried a lot of different types of relievers (motrin,Tylenol,etc.) and none of the help. My mom isn't helping me and just when i tell her says that outside but doesn'tt do anything about it. My playstation 3 has been experiancing problems today. While playing modern Warfare 2, the game is very jerky, and im jumping around alot. its causing me to do very poorly in the game. i tried several things... leaving the game, entering a new one, different game modes,turning off my system, loging out, and back into psn, nothings helping. I pick USC in a blowout probably something like 51-17. As you probably know, West VA plays absolutely no one besides Louisville and Rutgers. Seriously, the 3rd best team they play is Maryland. In case your forgot, GT stunk it up big time towards the end of the season and WVA beat them by only 3 points. If WVA ever had to play a team like LSU or Virginia tech, they'd get slaughtered. I used to feel that there was an 'A List' and a 'B List' in the congregation. I am shy and was looking for acceptance for my 'true' self - and I found that feeling very distressing. I believe very much in God, and there were some very wonderfull people at that church. It was more a 'group dynamics' type of thing such as you get everywhere. Violent sounding car speaker blow out - any danger?

As I was driving home tonight the stereo in my car cut out several times for short intervals, over rougly a five minute period. This was the first time I've ever observed this behavior. This finally climaxed in the music cutting off completely and my left-rear speaker letting out a LOUD hum with crackling & popping. The hum went on for a couple minutes, even after I ejected the CD and turned off the stereo. Most concerning was the burnt smell and crackingly that continued for the rest of the drive home (about another 10 minutes, again with the stereo off). I think I've had speakers "blow-out" on me before but it is typically a gradual process. Am I naive here in thinking this is highly unusual and perhaps dangerous (ie the speaker in question continuing to receive current and "burn")? Or does this sound like a more run-of-the-mill car speaker blow-out? I don't intend to turn the stereo back on, but I'm concerned if this is something that needs to be serviced right away.

My mom and her ex have been off and on again for 15 years and they share a child together. The last time they broke up it was a 3 year battle with him. My mom was constantly depressed and I was very worried about her. She was at my house every day crying or angry. I was constantly going to the courthouse to file papers for her or serving him. I can't even begin to tell you all of the stuff he has done to my mom. He is the most ignorant man ever. Please remember that this is not the first time we have all been through this. This has been going on for 15 years. My sister and I have had to take turns staying with her because we were afraid of what she would do if she was alone. Finally the court battle is over and he is out of our lives. Up until 7 months ago she swore he was still stalking her. Now all of a sudden they are friends again. He still has a girlfriend that I'm sure doesn't know he is taking my mom out for lunches. Still a dog! When I confronted my mom about what she was doing she told me I was over reacting. I know I wan't super diplomatic about it but I told her that she put us all through the ringer when they were fighting but now we are all expected to be happy about their reunion and he hasn't changed at all and that I will never forgive him for what he has done. I can't stop her from seeing him but I don't want to know about any of it. She can keep it all to herself because he will never consume my life like he did the last time. She then told me that I was over reacting and needed to get help. I'm really not sure what to do anymore. I feel like I can't even look at her let alone talk to her. Everytime I say anything to her it all gets turned around on me. I'm always the problem. At this point I don't want anything to do with her. It really hurts me to say that but I'm tired of everything being my fault. What should I do?

Recently when i moved him from his old tank to a more "realistic" enviroment with veggetation stones twice the size of his head..a filter..a basking dock and a uvb light, no heater cause they do not bask. And hes actually ALOT more actice and actually eats like a little pig he would barely eat in his old tank a 20g with just one hide. I felt bad so i took him to his new enviroment but a week before i took him out i had noticed he had a kink at the tip of his tail, i did'nt think anything was wrong i thought it would realign but instead it fell off. I'm not sure what it could be, I have read that many women have had negative blood tests but still wound up pregnant. I guess its more common than you think, however I know that missing a period can be related to other health issues as well. I'm in the same boat as you and I know how frustrating it is. My last period was also December 22nd, and since then I've had some minor symptoms of pregnancy but have had negative pee tests. It has to be the Samsung Jet. I was looking at buying this phone and nearly nearly bought it when I decided to go for the HTC Desire on contract. Is there an easier way for regular folk to see what good resumes look like for people applying in a certain field? Should I undergo weight loss surgery in Monterrey Mexico?

I know two friends that have had the surgery and they are doing great and have lost a great deal of weight. I am 30 years old and i am really overweight, I am 5 10 but i weigh 263 pounds. I am really tempted to get the surgery but the problem is I dont know if the procedure is safe. Initially i thought it was the lap band but I talked to the Dr and its called the gastric band, Its not adjustable band. i have tried looking up other doctors that perform the procedure but I have not learned of any. They claim that a dr in Houston offers the same surgery. Im afraid of the anesthesia and the fact that i dont know much about the procedure and that there might not be studies on the long term affects of this surgery. Then i look at how good my friends look and feel and i wonder if I should too get it done. I have two children ages 6 and 4 and i want to be more active with them and I would like to feel more energized, I worry that I smoke almost a pack a day and i want to quit but im afraid of gaining even more weight. When i told the dr that i smoked a lot he told me to try not to smoke at least a week before the procedure. Would that be enough time and does the fact that i have anemia also affect me in any way as far as the surgery? Having specific pregnancy symptoms but negative pregnancy test, could i still be pregnant?

I am on my first round of Clomid 100mg of cd 5-9 after inducing a period with provera. i had an ultrasound on cd 14 to check the follicles. I had 4 really good ones that were ready to go any day. then on cd 21 i had a progesterone test of 27 which the doc said was really good and indicated that i definately ovulated. so now i am on cd 28 and for the past 5 days my have been getting more painful each day. at first it was a dull ache and twingy and now they are so annoying that i constantly am aware that they hurt all over and my are EXTREMELY sensitive and always seem to be hard which is horribly annoying. this morning i tried a shirt on that usually fits but was so tight around my bust that i had to practically sqeeze out of it. also i am yawning almost constantly all day long and today i was so tired and sluggish that all i wanted to do was sleep which is what i have been doing everynight i get home from work. took a hpt on cd 27 and it was negative. am i testing too early and if so when should i test. my periods are always on their own schedule and usually only get them every couple of months. so to try and wait till a period is due to take an hpt is kinda hard cause i dont know when that would be.

How do i tell if steak has gone bad?

I bought this steak yesterday from a butcher and stuck it in the freezer, however it didnt't seem to freeze properly...I took it out and put it in really hot water for about 30 mins to defrost it, and now it smells slightly funny and there are parts that are a bit darker gray/brown...does this mean it is bad? I thought that the smell and colour change might have come from teh fact that it was in very hot water for a long time even though it was not that frozen...i also defrosted another beef steak that i bought from a different store which was totally frozen, it doesnt have the same smell but did change colour to a lesser extent...could this be because it was much more frozen over in the freezer and wasn't as affected by the hot water? should i cook the other steak and try it or not?

Recently terminated from Walgreens now being asked to return what should I do?

Calorie intake for dieting?

I currently weigh 123 pounds and my height is 5'3''. My goal weight is 118 pounds, and I want to lose it by the end of July (I am going to the beach). I've done several calorie intake calculators, and all of them have told me that I should be eating about 1600 calories a day to lose weight. To me, this seems like too much. I can have between 800 and 1000 calories a day without feeling like I'm starving myself. But I have heard that having too little calories will put your body in "famine mode", therefore causing you to not lose. So basically I am wondering what the best approach is: 1600 calories a day or what I am currently eating now (800-1000)?

Help with drywall?

I am currently redoing my upstairs of my small home. I have had limited problems drywalling the hallway, but admit I am not a professional. The previous owner installed new framed walls in one of the bedrooms and I have issues here. The roof slopes on both sides and he made the studs go up to the slope in order to have a crawlspace behind them. This is fine except there is a strange gap where the roof meets the new wall. The gap is about 8 inches. What should I do about that gap or should I just drywall and leave the gap behind it? I am so confused.

I'm 32 wks and I went into the ER and they did the PH swab because I was leaking fluid, it turned colors so they said i was in deed leaking amniotic fluid. They ordered a steroid shot, admitted me and then They then did a l exam and just told me to cough didnt check cervix or anything and when I coughed and they didnt see any gush, they sent me home. is it possible they are wrong and my water is broke and im still leaking amniotic fluid? i still have the leaking and while it hasnt sped up any my back is now killing me. I've got a 1973 dodge w100 pickup with a 360 LA small block. I'm rebuilding it so that it runs reliably, and I've got all the parts i need to put the top end back together (heads, intake manifold, etc), but I read in a couple of different sources that i need to put thread sealer on the head bolts that enter the water jacket, I've got the thread sealer and embly lubricant for the bolts but i don't know which ones to apply thread sealer to. Does anyone know which bolts I need to seal the threads on? If so, do you have some kind of diagram or picture of the bolt order for thread sealant? This is hard because I don't know who is available as a free agent or if u have any trade offers but the only things that jump out are your DEF and your TE. I would get rid of Chargers D. They are always over rated and with merriman than are much less explosive. the good thing is that DEF's are not hard to come by so try to change that. I guess you could use a better TE but it's not the end of the world if you can't. You have excellent QB's and RB's. You are lucky you have both Clinton Portis and Michael Turner.
