Mike Vick Trial?

ok lets b for real.. mike vick is one of the greatest quarterbacks in the NFL..untill he done ****** up! yes he commited a federal crime but being banned from the NFL is just too harsh a punishment, if that is so. i mean isnt there a worse thing a man could do? look @ kobe and Allen iverson! they still play! if anyone dosent know how the american system works is that you are innocent untill proven guilty seeing he was CAUGHT in the act, i duno how mike vick can say he is innocent. suspension for a LONG time would be acceptable but im hearing hes gonna get banned from this point. And the Animal Cruelty Prevention is just getting on his case and making it worse..if they want him to be banned so bad, why kick him wen hes already down. i mean this, and the gatorade, and now hes just making a fool of himself with his brother marcus disgracing his whole family! can i get a witness?
