Direct TV in an apartment?

Hi, I am moving to a new apartment and thinking of mounting a dish on a tripod on my balcony (landlord says it has to be mounted that way) but then I realized I don't know how to run the cables back into the apartment. I can't drill any holes. Anyone tried this before and figured out a good solution?
