Will banks refund money that was stolen from you?

You can always go into the bank and file a visa dispute on a fraudulent transaction just as long as it happened within the last 60 days. With this your card will need to be hot carded(deactivated) so this will not happen in the future. But don't worry you can just order a new card :)
