Is this lawsuit settlement taxable?

A man dies leaving 3 million dollars to all his children. A woman then comes and says that she is his child as well and wants a part of the money. Since she has no proof, the other children offer her 100K as a settlement, to avoid the costs of a lawsuit. Is this 100K taxable to the daughter?
