Explain this, if you can........?

I am on the bus and I am addressed by a good looking woman considerably younger than myself. She is obviously very bright, but talks a lot of rubbish and is clearly lying her head off, claiming one minute to be a cordon bleu chef, and the next to be some sort of communications engineer working for the services, and a member of the gentry and all sorts of twaddle. So, we arrive at my destination, and she decides to join me, and we have a nice day out. We agree to meet the next day, and she then cries off. Surprise, surprise. Anyhow, I hear no more from her for three days, when she bombards me with text messages, which I ignore. She finally rings me, and I inadvertently answered, at which she says, 'Well, I'll just have a cup of tea and I'll call you back.' She never does.
