Can she take half of my Grandmother's former home?

It's almost been 4 years since my father and my grandmother ped away. My grandmothers home has a state lein on it from her being in the hospital. and my mother is currently living in it. My aunt who is my fathers HALF sister called me lastnight after not talking to her for 3 years talking about her father's name still being on the house in which I have inherited from my grandmother. Her father is deceased also and has been for 22 years. My question is since he's deceased and she wasnt born until after my grandmother and grandfather was divorced can she take it? This is taking place in Alabama. I dont see where she should be allowed because she was nothing to my grandmother NOT EVEN a stepchild. I am her ONLY living heir except her brother and not even he has tried to take it away. My mother and stepfather put money into this and made it livable. And my aunt never came around unless she needed crack money. I will fight her in court if it comes to it I just wanna know if she can win
