Why would The Hills try to hide this from us?!?

ok no one will probably care but i love this song on the hills season 4 episode 3, LC dumps Doug and the song that plays is really the falling kind by vedera but when i go on MTV website and many other wedsites they say its an entirely different song by A Fine Frenzy why would they all try to hide this song from us?!?
