Does a baby HAVE to stop drinking formula after 12 months?

This is my first child, so I'm not really sure. My child turns 12 months June 5th. There's a hurricane prediction for after she turns 12 months. ANYWAYS, I need to know if I should buy cans for formula and jugs of water to prepare. Thanks!
