Marriage up in Air?

Hi there. I was married Sept 21, 06. Husband's lawyer trying to declare it null and void. According to my lawyer...we are very married in EVERY state. Now, both his ex wives have chimed in as well as my ex husband....and all the ex's are filling the kids heads and ours with lies...I love my hubby and want the marriage to work...but we haven't spoken since New Years eve (he is stationed over seas.) There is a woman there claiming to be his 'friend' who phones and leaves threatening messages....it's all so high school...I just want my life back and for every one to leave us alone to work on our lives... Do I continue to fight for the marriage....or just let it go (he has cut all communication, stole all the $$, closed all the accounts, cx my and his step kid's insurance and lies to everyone about everything that has happened with us..even his chaplain....?)
