What to do with my Great Dane's injury?

My Great Dane puppy decided to go out for a little "walk" around the neighborhood after somehow getting out the front door and came back with a bloody toe. His back right pinky toe is bleeding and has a big chunk of meat out from under his toenail. The vet is currently closed as it is after 9 PM. I am just wondering, what should I do for a temporary solution? Is there some kind of pain reliever I can give him (Tylenol, asprin, etc)? He is whining and can't seem to just lay down. Thanks
