A fun Mother's Day gift my 5 year old can make for her grandma.?

My mother is one of those people that has EVERYTHING in the world already. I thought it would be nice for my 5 year old daughter to make her something instead of doing the same ol' card and flowers gag. Does anyone have any cute ideas for a youngster to do for Mother's day?
