Fluid in my pelvic with history of cists, whats going on with me!!?

i am 18 years old and have had cists in the past on my ovaries, i had sergery twice and the 2nd time they hadnt come back. i have been having pain for about 3 months but whenever i go in they check for cists but they werent there. today i went in and they found fluid in my pelvic and apparently it has things floating in it. i am not sure what this means and i am very nervous. does this mean i cant have kids! could it be endometriosis which runs in my family, or is it something i shouldnt worry about. the doctor is supposed to call me with me "options" but they didnt really tell me what was gong on yet, if anyone has had this before please message me and tell me what it could be, it would be a great help because i am very scared at this point.
