So if I get food stamps does this automatically point to the Wal Mart and Kroger for cheap convenience?

By an interesting coincidence I used to sell spray paint at Kroger. Later they changed, and the Wal*Mart across the road kept the spray paint in a locked showcase and you had to be 18 or over to buy it. Apparently not the law in your state, eh?
