Week long headache??

I have ahead the same headache for about a little over a week. It has not gotten any better but i do not know if it is getting worse. I know that is not a migraine. I have tried a lot of different types of relievers (motrin,Tylenol,etc.) and none of the help. My mom isn't helping me and just when i tell her says that outside but doesn'tt do anything about it. What should i do? The pain is pretty much around my whole head but mostly on the sides. It feel like something is pushing out from inside my skull. Then continues down through my jaw. What is causing this?
