Going to a college party while still in high school?

My friends sister is inviting us up to her apartment in Minneapolis to "tour colleges" for the weekend. Obviously we are going to party it up while we are there. Any tips I need to know? do you think 19 year old college girls would go for an 18 year old high school senior? hahaha
